co-LABOURative LAB” will increase the employability of unemployed persons through Collaborative Economy and New Forms of Employment

Collaborative/Sharing Economy (SHE) and New Forms of Employment (NFE) could facilitate the achievement of increasing job creation through Self-Employment and Entrepreneurship.

Co-LABOURative-LAB; Enhancing Employability of Unemployed Persons through New Forms of Employment and Sharing Economy” aims to increase the competences of Long Term Unemployed Persons and Young Work Seekers, and Human Resources (HR) Directors or Technicians, about how to exploit the Sharing Economy and New Forms of Employment to increase Self-Employment and Entrepreneurship opportunities, through the transference of innovative knowledge, tools and practices based on work-based learning knowledge, collaboration between trainees and exploitation of ICT Tools in these fields.

Through the execution of this Project the next results will be obtained;

Training Materials and Experiential Training Activities…

… addressed to Long Term Unemployed and Young Work Seekers, and Human Resources Directors and/or Technicians, for facilitating the exploitation of Sharing Economy and New Forms of Employment concepts and Technologies, in order to boost their entrepreneurship and self-employment opportunities.

Development of an e-Training Platform…

…including awareness, training contents and tailored and adapted ICT solutions for supporting the implementation of Training Materials and Experiential Training Activities.

The Training Methodology will be validated with the direct participation of 40 unemployed persons in Spain, Bulgaria, Slovenia and Greece

PARTNERS

co-LABOURative LAB project will be developed by a multinational Consortium addressing the aforementioned target group, formed by 4 Chambers of Commerce working in the field of employment promotion, involving a big collective of unemployed persons; 1 independent research institute specialized in social-science research on work and employment; and 1 consulting firm specialized in strategy and management systems, business innovation, corporate social responsibility, human resources and training.
